For couples and individuals - during such a consultation we talk and try to define a common goal. These meetings can lead to a change in the perception of your partner, improved communication in the relationship, identifying areas that you think need improvement and a vision that would be satisfying for you! The first session is usually to get to know each other and determine if it is me you want to work with. It also aims to establish the principles, methods of cooperation and define boundaries.
Sex coaching is to help you expand your sexual menu, get to know your needs and sexuality better. Through the tools used during the session, you can improve contact with your body, learn touch and intimacy.

Techniques during such classes are techniques that help you connect with your body. These include breathing practices, practicing touch on yourself and/or your partner, or coach (me), imagery techniques, etc. The coaching process lasts depending on the needs and pace of the client's work. It can be a few to a dozen of meetings. Not every sex coach will be suitable for every client. It is important if the client has a need for development, change, etc. found a form that suits him best.

Coaching is, above all, accompanying a person in development. During the sessions, we focus on finding a goal and setting steps that can bring you closer to achieving it. We focus on broadening the perspective, changing the way of thinking, introducing supporting beliefs, getting to know yourself, your motives, resources and areas for development.

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) is a short-term goal-focused evidence-based therapeutic approach, which incorporates positive psychology principles and practices, and which helps clients change by constructing solutions rather than focusing on problems. In the most basic sense, SFBT is a hope friendly, positive emotion eliciting, future-oriented vehicle for formulating, motivating, achieving, and sustaining desired behavioral change.

First-time Consultation

First-time consultation allows you to discuss your mental condition as well as emotional and life challenges, and then find further steps that will allow you to solve difficulties and maximize your mental comfort. During the session, I also examine the client's expectations and their preferred future in order to determine the best method of cooperation or possibly redirect the client to another specialist.

I often hear words about a client's experience with another specialist. Sometimes they are favorable, other times they are not. I understand that the first visit may be stressful or may generate a number of questions.
Not every helper is for every client. However, only by deciding to meet can you check whether you have chosen well. "There should be some spark, a thread of understanding at the meeting" - I know this may come with time...
We have the right to choose, even though meetings will sometimes give rise to various emotions - they have a purpose, let's let them exist and feel them.

I am also open to you telling me which tools suit you best or are interesting to you.
For me, the most important thing is open communication and the relationship we have a chance to create together!
